About me

Who is behind "Move with Leia"? I could start with a dry and classic introduction by saying that I have been teaching dancing since 2012, impressing you with titles like Certified Pilates Instructor or Flexibility Coach™ teacher. But I feel it's more important to tell you why I do what I do. 

Having overcome personal challenges through dance, I created this space for women to express themselves freely, build confidence, and connect with their bodies. By sharing my experiences and teaching methods, I aim to inspire and guide women towards a deeper understanding of themselves through movement.
